My name is Sheena M. Turner-August, Ph.D. and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Southern California and completed a terminal Master of Arts from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I earned my Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University (APA Accredited) in the field of Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in the area of Multicultural Community Psychology. I am currently a Co-Executive Director of A to Z Psychotherapy, Owner of Candor Psychotherapy, and a Full-Time Professor at Las Positas College in the Psychology Department.

I am currently a Co-Executive Director of A to Z Psychotherapy, Owner of Healing Hope Psychotherapy Services, and Clinical Director at Casa de la Familia.

My name is Jessica King, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am currently a Behavioral Health Services Supervisor for the County of Riverside and a Clinical Supervisor with A to Z Psychotherapy. I have experience working with children and adults helping them process a multitude of life's stressors such as trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship stress, and parenting challenges.
I believe the supervisory relationship should be one of trust, respect and transparency from both supervisor and supervisee. Supervision is an ongoing and evolving process to enhance one's clinical knowledge and interactions with those whom we embark upon the therapeutic journey together.

My name is Yolanda Bolden and I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT). I graduated from Holy Names University where I earned my Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Psychology. In addition to working at A to Z Psychotherapy, I am also a Behavioral Health Clinician with Alameda County Health Care Services.
I have over 25 years of experience working with children, young women and young adults in the Christian Community as a bible study teacher, and group facilitator. Over the last 10 years, I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and the reentry population. I have experience working as a therapist in jail settings, middle and high school settings and community-based programs. My experience includes working with anxiety, trauma, grief and depression. My approach to change is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and I believe that creating a narrative with clients is important. At the crux of my work I believe that “Changing the way we think, changes our behavior.”

I am an associate clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children and their families in various social service and clinical settings. I have experience working with children and adults in various areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, stress, relationships, and self esteem issues. I am well rounded, compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. I especially enjoy helping others in reaching their goals.
I understand that in order for us to be mentally healthy, we must keep an open mind and be willing to do the work, the road may not be easy but it will lead us to a healthier, better version of ourselves.

My name is Trenise Rahman and I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I have experience working with children and adults regarding anxiety, depression, managing and navigating stress, relationships and phases of life transitions. I find change is fostered best when we work from a whole person perspective. I specialize in person-centered, humanistic, as well as cognitive behavioral theories and interventions to foster change and growth. I am Christian in faith and can incorporate that in session if you choose.
My formal training includes me graduating from Patten University in Oakland Ca where I received my BA in Clinical Psychology. I received my MA in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Specialization from Saybrook University in Pasadena Ca.
